How do you dismantle the 3M to repack it?

No Actual SuperTrapp muffler has been riveted since the 80's? There were some 'off brands' since then that used SuperTrapp discs, but not actual SuperTrapp product.
Either way, if it is riveted, the rivets would have to be drilled out to access the core/packing. Any other questions, contact SuperTrapp directly.

The system is a 100 % stainless steel 2-1 system made for the 1994 Harley Davidson FXR.
Megaphone system and 100% genuine Supertrapp system.
No heatshields whatsoever.
And i bought it new.
I dont need to contact Supertrapp regarding this but obvously not all system have allen screws to fasten the baffle.

My supertrapp muffler was riveted with stainless steel rivets.
Shouldnt you take off the discs and screws to be able to get the wool in properly on that side?
