Dude that was awesome I had no idea there were so many different parts to a pork butt . Usually when mine are done I just use a potatoe masher and mash it into sandwiches lol there so fall apart tender! I dont even sauce if I have the rub right. Do you separate it when your cooking at home? And if so should I use separate parts for different things? Thanks for the video buddy!

Depending on how hot you cook, anywhere between 195* to 205* is good. If you cook hot and fast like me, error on the 205* side.
