Wheels Inspections.
Wheel Fasteners.
Wheels are choked, Breaks are applied, Truck is in neutral and parked in a safe location.
Check all the fasteners by hand. All my wheel fasteners look good, no crack, no damage, no loose, no missing.
There is no gap between the fastener and the RIM.
From the middle of two tyres, there is no gap between the RIM.
From inside all fasteners are present. Tight and secure.
Try to move the tire by hand, pushing hard. There is no evidence of imminent wheel, HUB or Bearing Failure.

Low Air Warning System fails or system is activated is a Major defect, There is no minor defect for low air warning.
Wheel has loose, missing or ineffective fasteners.
Evidence of imminent wheel, HUB or Bearing Failure. These are Major defects, There is no minor defect for loose, missing or ineffective fasteners.
I will LOG into my LOG Book, Inform the Operator and I cannot drive the truck.
