Luka could straight up abuse any defender at will. His gravity at the offensive side of the ball is the greatest I've ever seen, that could be attributed to how much a threat he is on offense. Luka 2025 MVP!!!
Liked your video, but it's actually an understatement. Luka Doncic is currently the best player in the NBA, and it's been that way for a few years now. It's tragic that he has already been robbed (and that's not a knock on some other players) of 2 MVP and an MIP in his 2nd year. Luka's 2nd year, he should have won both the MIP and the MVP for his efforts.
I just want to say this for all the ESPN merchants out here. Luka had a great all around defensive year before he got injured right before the playoffs and even early in the playoffs before it piled up. Statistically he was the 9th best ISO Defender and legitimately top 2-3 best PG defender all season long. You can tell it just got too much that he had to take painkiller injections before each game in the finals, he needed to conserve energy more than ever too to facilitate and score so he had to rely on team defense but Boston was just too good with their 5 man out offense. If Dallas had faced a team like the 2023 8th seed heat and not a literal superteam they would’ve won but they lost so the narrative shifted again and just blamed it all on Lukas defense cause its easy when his literal teammates couldn’t make open shots to save their lives and choked!!

Ah, yeah we have! James Harden is another ball-dominant, score-first, lackadaisical defender PG. The key difference is Doncic's size (bigger and stronger) and age (younger and still lots of upside). The key with both players is surrounding them with the right complementary players...
He is not a point guard. He's a forward with guard skills. The ball sticks to his hands too long to be a pg, even in this age of score-first point guard play.
Luka averages 4 TOV per game, just like Magic Johnson performed in his prime. The preferred number is less than 3 TOV per game, but then, Luka's usage rates are much higher than any of the point gods of the past.
I’m sure that’s the big nba lie Luka dončić folks hasn’t won not one championship, you mean that you haven’t seen an nba person with all that body language, I’m not impressed by Luka Dončić watch Stephen curry jokić & James & all new 2024 drafted white men in the national basketball association.

Luka should have been MVP last year. Hope he gets that recognition this year.

He should have been last year, but they find every excuse they can to not give it to him.
Luka is the best in NBA. Not just point guard he is simply the best better than all the rest
Luka is "That guy" Best point guard in the world on every level. 🇦🇺

Loved your breakdown of Luka! There is one other gift, Luka just enjoys himself playing the game!

Most clear and vivid Luka breakdown I've ever seen 👍
Cade Cunningham is underrated for deceleration skills because....Pistons but he needs a shout out

My MVP, I don't give a , you know what , what the real MVP deciders think about it...
If he was American....we all know the potential story!
Pathetic!
The only drawback of Luka's offense is the FT 👻
Isn't he right about 75%? It's kinda average but yeah should definitely be closer to 85%
Jalen just picked it up from Luka, he never had that game.

he is a scoring mechanic
3:43 man just walked in there and scored
There’s good.
There’s great.
There’s legendary.
And then there’s Jalen Brunson wondering if he’s even good enough.
That’s Luka.

Luka can actually play make and is one of the best passers in the NBA. More than just a Harden.

If that’s the case Shai isn’t a point guard either
Tatum will get even worse in pull shot this season
Luka isn’t a point guard, points guards score to make it easier for them to make passes, luka passes to make it easier to score.
Awesome video 😂 Sponsored by Doncic

To be the best point guard starts with the word "to"!!!! QUIT spreading misinformation!!!

hes elite, but hes nowhere near a freak of nature as you put in the thumbnail. Freaks of nature are attributed to athletic freaks.
He's a basket all IQ freak.
Over Luka, his flopping, and his mouth. Just play some ball and stop brown nosing the refs. Never gonna be a champion
