if the attorney sends the service addressed to the business but with the commercial registered agents address without putting the commercial agents name will they be served? they are using the sheriff's office now and I don't think they google like you do, thank you sir
Sorry I still dont understand this... What if the list of registered agents is several different people all at the same address ? How do I know if the list is up to date ?
Did you get the list from the Secretary of States Office. In California registered agent companies must provide the Secretary of State a list of employees who can accept service of process for the registered agent.

I know because I tried it and it was returned as undelivered...So just because U have info from the Secretary of State that does not mean its right... I even reported the problem to the Secretary of State and they simply dont care... Anyone can around our laws if they just think one step ahead...
