Hi Wendy , sorry to bother you , tried this cake today found tat the batter was pretty watery not like yours tat was rather thick batter. I followed as per your recipe, wanna check with you , could u tell where did I go wrong ??After baking for 30 mins my cake already very brown then coved with foil till 60 mins .I did not continue baking for another 10mins ., cos the cake was super in brown . The cake turned dense and still wet in the centre part ... dk can still be eaten ?? But the taste was good leh lol.

U can try it with cake flour, but NOT self raising flour because self raising flour inside got leavening agent.
