I popped this game on at a friend's just trying out some games and was blown away by the music! I was so surprised I'd never heard anything from it before. Glad to come to UA-cam and see this lovely roundup video on it. Thank you~
Got the game back in the days because our "gameshop" couldnt get their hands on bomberman 64. It was a real trip. Feel like this game shaped my taste fro music. Im really glad, that i tried it. I listen to this stuff still today. You did a great breakdown of why this music sounds the way it does. Makes sense to me. Keep it up!
Thanks for checking this out! Yeah I wish I knew about the game when I had time in my life to play thru it all, the entire aesthetic and soundtrack blow me away.
I'm glad somebody is talking about this games ost! I honestly haven't heard anyone speak about it other than the comment section on the tracks. Thank you and the algorithm gods for sending me your way :D
man, this video was amazing! Your channel is pure gold, can't to see this channel with over 10k subs and then I'll be able to say "I was there when this channel was only grass"
What a great video essay! Really enjoyed your editing and loved that you you brought up how the music was implemented in the game (which is something that I don’t feel like a lot of people don’t talk about too often)
Thanks! Yeah, as I mentioned in the video it's tough to demonstrate those sorts of points in a UA-cam vid format, but it felt wrong not to at least bring up that intense cutscene scored by a jazz ballad...
I was revisiting this music, and I'm glad someone did make a video essay of this. It had to be done. (This video is alot better than what Dunkey could do, you're a musical artist for sure.)
That's some stuff I wrote for when I explain stuff in the video. Unfortunately I forgot what I've called that track and it's on a previous laptop but I may have released it on one of the Patreon albums...sorry wish I remembered 😅

It's insane to me how videos this good can be so slept on. The algorithm is broken!
Whoah you did a video on Mischief Makers haha. Can't wait to check that out
Vídeo muito bom! Achei bem didático e explicativo. Cara a trilha sonora desse jogo é impressionante, uma das minhas preferidas.

This is literally my favorite 😬✌️
Yup!! It's been one of the most recognizable sounds of my 1,500+ retro vgm playlist. Can always tell when it's bomberman. Good ol jun chikuma.

I basically understood nothing you said, but I still enjoyed the video.
