I know damn well the update monster is gonna get me, but I'm recording my results.
Current height: 166 or 167cm, not really sure
End goal: 178-185cm (doesn't matter where exactly I just wanna be average guy height)
I'm currently 17 years old, have been using these inconsistently but so far I've gotten insanely good results. (I was around 165cm before listening to these and it hasn't even been a week).
Day 1: listened before going to sleep (3 times, have found that these work better when I listen to them right before bed) edit: my arms hurt for some reason
