Thank you, Austin for sharing with us what you did on set! After watching this video, I'm more motivated to film more product videos and try some of the techniques you showed, despite being a newbie at it. Keep up with the good work!
Why are Austen Paul, Peter McKinnon and Daniel Schiffer the filmmaking LEGENDS! You guys should do a Collab sometime like a competition or something!!!
they all have their own niches though so peter might do best in landscape, portrait video(and/or)photo graphy while austen and daniel are better in the product-themed field.
As always, awesome work Austen! A lot of creativity in your shots. Thanks for sharing this BTS. I really like the shot where you drop the container into the white water container, looks great in slomo.
Hey!!! I love your videos great work. I thought though that the seeds hitting the milk in slow mo shot would have been better if the milk was poured out from a container with a larger opening because there will be a wider width of milk in the air for the almonds to go through. Your videos are really inspiring.
Damn your videos are definitely not easy to recreate! Kudos man, the last time I got this hyped when watching a video was the very first time I watched Peter Mckinnon doing b-roll years ago. Definitely an industry changer.
Haha the DING-shirt! I think this was your most professional looking vid yet. Really crisp looking and I think you nailed the contrast and saturation. Also thought about if you and Kendall do most of your paid productions together? You obviously make a good team.
another great video man! super dope as usual. how long did it took you guys to shoot this? and quick question, why didn't you use the ursa all the way? just curious to know your perspective.
Hey Martin thank you, the ursa takes a lot of time to set up if I wanted to do similar shots and would have to pull focus, also I like the color in canon more. Really just ease of use over everything.
This stuff is crazy 😱 the amount of work behind 30 seconds of video is insane, but it is definitely worth it and the music is just perfect, I wish I could put the same amount of work for my videos too, I'm in working on! Cheers from Italy 🇮🇹
@@AustenPaul hahaha, I'm not so patient too, I'm glad to hear it from you, I have so much to learn, I'm just at the beginning but I'm on the right track thanks to you, thanks man for inspiring me with your videos 😍
Thanks mate. Your videos are awesome. How much do you normally charge for your product videos? I know every project is different but is there a range you normally charge ?
You mah man are siiiiiiiiiick what?? Damn you're creative man!!!! the part where you throwed the almonds to the milk while pouring i subscribed immediately.
Haha thank you, check out some of my other ideas and cool tricks I’ve came up with. I recommend the Pringle’s and burger video some cool ideas that worked oh and the kraken one!
It's such an amazing job you've done here! The look is insanely clean and very eye-pleasing, the music is spot on and overall - amazing result. Feel inspired ahaha
Maaaaan I can only dream of having a setup like yours in the future. I'm currently running freelance with just a camera and a gymbal, haha. I'm loving the creative initiative in your work though Austen, super cool stuff! ALSO - the track used in the commercial!! Was that royalty free or what?! It's sick!
Hey Sam, I started at the same place as you and still run around with a gimbal and a camera all the time. Keep working and invest in yourself and you can be where I am at in no time. Keep working and never stop dreaming!
Thank you for this behind the scene. So informative to watch all this creativity flows ! Quick question: how did you get into this field of work ? How all this starts ? 🤓
Brice Carette thank you I always loved film but started doing product videos about four months ago you just have to start creating really no secret recipe. I’ve worked hard and studied a lot and am still learning all the time!
NOTI SQUAD! So sick as always homie!
OMG I'm a big fan of both of you, and I'm a 12-year-old :\
@@CoolScratcher I'm a big kid, 14-year-old lol jk
BIG FAN
I'm the squad leader of the NOTI SQUAD!
@@CoolScratcher me too! They are great aren't they?
Such an insane amount of planning and prepping in your videos. The result looks super professional and the music was freaking awesome!

O_o Peter is here too! :)
attach that slider to a c-stand... works like a charm!
Please just never stop these, imagine the quality 5, 10 years from now 🤯🤯
Im excited to see how I progress in 5 years especially since I started doing product videos four months ago.
I just don't know how to thank legends like you who share their skills on UA-cam with such detail for free.
I needed this video last week.
Damn sorry
You make it look so effortless. Very different from the last one. Love how you always have your head on your shoulders.
Haha it is a lot of work we did about 13 hours of filming, 3 hours of setup, 8 hours of prep and 14 hours of editing.
Thank you, Austin for sharing with us what you did on set! After watching this video, I'm more motivated to film more product videos and try some of the techniques you showed, despite being a newbie at it. Keep up with the good work!
you cant beat this guy in what he does only if you really love what you do more than he does,,, this is great
Austen!! My real MOTION GRAPHICS teacherrr!!!!! Regards from Dominican Republic.

Brilliant bit of engineering with the drill shot!

Looks great Austen! Can't wait to see what you do with the mound of almonds in the last shot!!
Thank you Rick!!
Gotta love that "pants slider"!!😬😬😆
Another great video! 👌
Nice work!!
Haha I love it but still havent seen anyone else try it yet which bums me out.

That would be awesome, maybe one day!
Add parker walbeck

@austenpaul I was tempted by your ding and I was certain you will be the one who will make amazing videos. Great job man!
Haha thank you!!
Great video, I learn a lot about commercials with your behind the scenes, thanks for all !
this is sick, you're a genius, i mean, that idea of thickening the milk so the almonds float was simple but amazing!
Dude Loving your content! Great work!
Thank you!!
That was amazing. I really love the way you edited this tutorial too. I love that you showed the process and the finished edited frames.
I’m impressed with your work as always. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Gonçalo Caseiro thank you so much!
Yass man!! 😍🤘 loved it when you threw them almonds at Kendall 😂
haha probably the best part of the entire video
Damn dude that was brilliant!!!! I loved scene of opening the bottle to reveal almonds swirling with the milk. Thanks for sharing.

Heck yeah excited to see there!
Just here rewatching your old videos while waiting for the new one to upload !
Absolutely love this! It’s so fresh and creative! Great work as always!
Thank you so much Lauren!
Great video. Super impressed with the URSA at 300, looks like something you’d get with a $50k+ setup.
Yeah its pretty solid, only issues is at 300 its a cropped sensor on a 35 sensor already its super tiny and picks up noise easily.
Damn your videos are definitely not easy to recreate! Kudos man, the last time I got this hyped when watching a video was the very first time I watched Peter Mckinnon doing b-roll years ago. Definitely an industry changer.
Wow thank you so much, so stoked to hear that!
This is soooo gooood! Awesome as always!
Thank you!
Dude your growth is insane!
Thank you always trying to learn and better myself!
Excellent job and great song. I dont like any milk besides cow milk, but this makes me want to give almond milk another shot.
Fair enough but there almond milk is pretty amazing!
Haha the DING-shirt! I think this was your most professional looking vid yet. Really crisp looking and I think you nailed the contrast and saturation. Also thought about if you and Kendall do most of your paid productions together? You obviously make a good team.
