Nice "Conch" burl (like a conch shell). If you do any more epoxy work before purchasing a vacuum chamber try setting your cup of resin in a pan of hot water for ten minutes to help the micro bubbles rise then pop them with your torch or heat gun. 👍 I like to finish a lot of my projects with epoxy for that extra glossy shine. You have to be careful not to drop it on a hard surface because you might end up with cracks in your finish. Cool cool idea with the acorn and black mica. No need to do layers (little bits at a time). With layers you risk having bubbles in between those layers. I reach for the epoxy projects when I am having back troubles too.
Let me know below what you think of this. Good? Bad? Should I do more epoxy resin projects?
👍👍
