When I worked investigations I developed all facts in my case prior to presenting it to the prosecutor. I had all the answers pretty much so the prosecutor didn't have to FISH to build the case in the court room, hoping to develop a charge, which Bragg's attorneys don't have. The judge definitely should have recused himself. Trump wins the appeal if the jurors act stupid !!!

If you want the real facts, I suggest watching news other than Fox. For example, Trump is lying or confused that he can’t testify due to the gag order….it’s nonsense. The judge will likely go over with Trump that the gag is against defaming or threatening court staff, etc, and of course Trump can testify (Trump is just desperate for an excuse not to testify, as he knows he would be torn to sheds if he did).
