One important point that the Legal Pundits are in disagreement on is regarding how much it should matter to the Jury regarding the specific reason the Hush Money was paid. According to the Pundits: If the Jurors consider if the payments were "mostly" to protect Melania and other Trump Family members vs. to minimize or eliminate, entirely, damage to the Presidential Campaign, then some Pundits believe that even if the Jurors feel that it's a 90% to 10% weight that Trump's intention was to "protect" his Family and only 10% to "protect" his campaign, that the 10% still means that he could be convicted for Election Interference. Other Pundits have said that the Jury is likely to convict Trump for Election Interference, only if the jurors believe that it was more than 50% likely that's the reason for the Hush Money payments. Even the "Pundits" aren't consistent or in agreement on this point. The question is: "Does it matter if there are varying degrees of Election Interference?"
