  • "Adyashanti describes how coming alive spiritually involves a turnaround: Instead of looking at everything in terms of what it can give us, we see what actually is. THIS DEEP APPRECIATION FOR 'WHAT IS' IS THE BEGINNING OF TRUE LOVE. Recorded on April 23, 2005 in Oakland, CA." --- www.adyashanti.org
"If you filter my words through any tradition or '-ism', you will miss altogether what I am saying. The liberating truth is not static; it is alive. It cannot be put into concepts and be understood by the mind. The truth lies beyond all forms of conceptual fundamentalism. What you are is the beyond-awake and present, here and now already. I am simply helping you to realize that." -- Adyashanti
Adyashanti dares all seekers of peace and freedom to take the possibility of liberation seriously. He began teaching in 1996, at the request of his Zen teacher with whom he had been studying for 14 years. Since then many spiritual seekers have awakened to their true nature while spending time with Adyashanti. The author of Emptiness Dancing, The Impact of Awakening, and My Secret is Silence, Adyashanti offers spontaneous and direct nondual teachings that have been compared to those of the early Zen masters and Advaita Vedanta sages.

Instead of trying to fix everyone, everything and the world or try to destroy it. Ask your self if you really enjoy every moment ,greatful for everything???

"The beauty of Self is that it's not a matter of acquiring anything, being held in high regard, or being seen or noticed. It's a matter of being the intrinsic beauty of what you are, that inner blessedness. To experience that deeply, just let it sink in, not as an answer but as a question: Could it be that this blessedness is what I am?"--Adyashanti

Enlightened beings who see all nondualistically are still able to differentiate between various forms.
One on the path to enlightenment may possibly benefit from appreciating all that arises so as to reduce the duality of aversion/greed. Its a step above wishing things were different or only appreciating specific things.

If we all reach this state we live like the movie Avatar :)
It really is like the question: What do you do in the sea?
    "swimming mister."
Right... but you dont chase all the fish that lives in the sea with the intention to catch them right?
"they are to fast and there are to many fish mister."
Well so it is with thoughts... Let them swim because you wont catch them either!! Think about it!
    :)

My directions weren't as good as I thought they were. The description box for THIS video is to the immediate right of the video that is playing. It has the "date added", "subscribe to", and then below that is the "(more)" button. Much love.
