Good time on both Battlefield 3 and 4 to use the IFVs with APFSDS belt. The old times where 5 rounds were enough to destroy a T-90 from the back🖤
@@Sh-epard bf4 is probably my favorite battlefield game, God i loved it, just now I hardly see anyone playing it

It's a love hate relationship with the BTR-80
21:50 the premium M-51 has a 50, the tech tree only has the 30
The problem with the btr-60 and btr-70 is that they only have a heavy machine gun, so they would be useless.
I know this is months ago, but I was thinking. We already have a vehicle with 14.5’s only at 2.3. So why not put the more armored (barely) btr-60/70 at like 3.0/3.3
Yeah if it had a ATGM it would be useful.

@@NoNo-cn5qx No, vehicles like these which are mainly just for trooper transportation, just simply have no role in War Thunder and just have no point in being added. Those vehicles at 2.3 with 14.5mm's are usually SPAA.
Justin did you notice that they nerfed traction for wheeled vehicles?
I have it so often now that I just slide off of a slope where I previously would not slide off of. Some other people have also noticed it
Yeah not gonna lie, I’m not a big fan of most of the changes I’ve noticed (other than the economy changes) like the traction and the nerf to SPAA that was very much not not needed.

This traction nerf they acted like they reverted it, only for them to just go and partially push it through into the game (and have it with wheeled vehicles only for now).
And it just went under everybodies radar.. i see NO ONE talking about this.. how gaijin yet again pushed through something that was a negative change according to the community
@@evo3s75 maybe it’s that just not a lot of people play wheeled vehicles, or players are at the point with war thunders BS moves that they just decided to save their breath. I do enjoy my wheeled vehicles but I did notice yesterday while playing the AFT that it seemed to be going quite a bit slower than normal. I’m still very very disappointed in the SPAA nerfs tho, CAS was an issue before and now it feels like their is no capable way to take them down unless you grind up the air tech trees which takes another quite enormous amount of time and sucks for players who simply want to enjoy Ground RB without being forced to grind out aircraft, especially since air players aren’t forced to grind out their counters such as SPAA if they don’t want to
@@evo3s75 traction nerfs suck even more so if you like playing Italy since your best vehicles are all wheeled, I haven’t been playing them tho, just got my AMV and I’ve just been pushing off that horrid stock grind where it’s just BVMs and CAS spawn killing within the first 5 minutes
its on tracked vehicles too. They did it in the DEV server and the community told them to not implement it, they said they wouldnt. Turns out they implemented it anyway.
We do have the BTR-90 with a BMP-2(M) turret and weapons system, ie the 2A42 30mm and the 4x ATGMs with the grenade launcher as an optional upgrade package, like the BMP-2 has
The BMP-2M turret is called the "Berezhok" weapon system, you can also see it mounted on a BMP-3 chassis

I just used it in the water today, Eastern Europe, big variant, one central cap right at the bridge across the river, dropped down there, killed 4 people, nobody even saw me

I wish they didn't nerf traction again. It's suffering for my Italians, also great video! I am a big fan of wheeled vehicles!
I have driven and crewed the turret of this thing on exercises and it's a pretty fun vehicle. It feels like a boat when you are sitting in it though, the first I was traveling in the dismount compartment I almost got motion sickness.

Since we have the BTR now , the LAV25 will probably come anytime soon maybe an update or two
problem is how will it be artificially nerfed and shit like the M3 and M3A3 bradleys? Or over-br'd as usual for US vehicles. Good old USA tax is mandatory to be implemented somewhere for it.

I love this thing other than its sights and depression. Also yes aim side turret shots of American t series and m series tanks the APDS absolutely shreds them
Also Justin I think why it is so fun it that it is mobile at its tier and that autocannon at the BR is fantastic. Plus its just fun getting kills with autocannons it always activates my nuerons

Do not forget zsu 57-2 in that last comment. At the spawn it can get to its top speed immediately negating the 50 kph top speed in small maps.

I don't know about brilliant, design wise it's got a lot of flaws, but in this game, it's certainly a lot of fun.
Im slightly dissapointed that it wasn't a BTR-90. Though im sure thats bound to come in the future

@JustinPlays Hi, im sorry this has nothing to do with your video but ive noticed gaijin has been removing suggested tank pages on their forums. for example the entire suggested british light tank tech tree, the AS-90 and the Warrior CSP. i would like to know what your thoughts are on the subject as im sure its not just british submissions that have been vanishing. is this because gaijin are trying to cover up posts they dont want to add to the game or is it that they are removing the suggestions because they are working on them? even a short reply would be great but a short video would be awesome! thanks for the content!

22:59 oh my god it does feel like that playing stock ngl. The 65mm of penn at 7.0 against all the T34s, Tiger 2s, etc. is so damn annoying i gave up and started playing it at 8.3 just to have a chance of fighting lighter IFVs

I don't understand. Enemies never being that blind in my game. They can even saw me from 1km away while i hiding behind bushes.

If you'd shot forward on the hull, near the front drive wheel on that Magach it would have ammo racked him. Side turret is iffy with pen on those old cold war mbt's.
Not really the APDS has good angle pen. I've killed so many cold war American tanks with side turret shots. But yeah I was also looking at that ammo rack he almost took.

This thing needs buffed. At least give it a stabilizer. It doesn’t need thermals or anything crazy like that. I’m not too crazy about this and I’m currently grinding through this.
What I think about this thing... Sad for the things who I love to play in past like tiger II or the USA heavys to, they just "dont have a place in game anymore", xD sad, I hope for a wwii event to split a little

The BTR also shows why the M3 Bradley should get M919 APFSDS. It has the 1mm less pen and a gun thats worse in every way at 8.0.
