Now that's what I call positive thinking! You're providing incredible value for realtors and offering an excellent lesson for videographers. It all starts with the mindset
The strategy of convincing others it's easier to hire you by showing them what actually goes into it is genius but I'm mad I hadn't thought about it in this specific way--there's been plenty of family and friends I've tried to show how to get set up doing video and almost always they end up being like "yeah that's way more than I'm in for" but I never reflected on this as a way to convince others haha. Always holding things close to the vest...
@@howevisual7099 this strategy serves me well. Because they are either going to take time and energy to learn to do it themselves or they’re going to outsource it
I'm really impressed by your content and I'm happy I found your channel. Your videos are well thought out and concise, focusing on 1 topic at a time. I'm not even sure I am diving into real estate videography yet, but your guidance can be applied to many different types of video work. Please keep posting. I will keep watching!

@@Semesem_ do you do 3D virtual tour real estate scans/video and if so... how often do clients want that? Is making real estate video "cinematic" with your edit more important... or simple and clean to show the space? Those are what come to mind for me.
@@calebshaw6292 yes I do 3D tours. I have a video under “Using the Theta Z1” to go over how I do it. And my clients look for the simple because it just goes on Instagram and MLS . They look for a simple ad style
@@Semesem_ awesome! I will check that video out. Thought of 1 more. Are you shooting vertical and horizontal with instagram in mind? Or is shooting twice unnecessary? Thanks again for your input!
Another great one Semeion! Fantastic to see the networking side of your business in action. Quick question, those look like the Hollyland Lark M2's... How you liking them so far? I like the small profile of them, but does the sound compete with the DJI wireless products?

Smart. Show them, make them understand the process to where they see it's another workload. Possible, but in essence, time is money.
Sheesh man this is super dope and 100% motivating and touching on the Osmo Pocket 3 I freaking love that camera ^____^
