here's a few tips for new players 1. don't stand right next to the boss, use ranged attacks and use closer range attacks for the run n gun areas 2.use parries and dashes, it helps a lot 3. use your super, it does a lot of damage or it can make you invincible depending on what special you have equipped 4. use the charm that gives you an extra health point, its super useful on bosses you're struggling on

Hey Poofesure, I don't really know if you intend to continue this game or if you already have/have already received or are using this tip as I don't use Twitch, but I would strongly recommended using a Playstation/Xbox controller instead of your keyboard for this game. I do think that the game was designed for controller and keyboard was an after thought which would explain some of the janky button positioning for commonly used features on keyboard. You could also remap the keys to better suit you, but again I recommend not even bothering and just using a controller. Stuff like parry, switching weapons, and dashing would become much easier and less confusing to use when all the of the features are on a D-pad and bumpers instead of spread around a keyboard. This game is very hard and you've done a good job so far, I'd really like to see you against some of the later bosses and your journey to improving on the way, even if that's not the focus of the video.

True, but it still has disadvantages like every shot does in some bosses/Run n’ Gun like in the Sugerland Shimmy boss you would have to move every few seconds because on the last phase involves running. But the worst shot in the game (Chaser) is a god in the Run n’ Gun levels.

The reason why you didn't see the onion before was because simple mode removes a phase from the boss fight.
Based off of this gameplay, Poofesure definitely had a hard time with the tutorial.
