Japan convenience store food haul & review | gluten free & non gluten free options

I had so much fun making this video so hope you enjoy!! I tried to get some gluten free & dairy free options but it was really hard to find these in Japan! Here are some of the gluten & dairy free options we had:
- Coconut ice-cream from Natural Lawsons
- Salmon onagiri from Family Mart
- Chicken sushi roll from Natural Lawsons
- Chicken skewer (salt only) from Family Mart
- 86% cacao chocolate from Family Mart
