Love these shorts. I get to sit in the house with 2 inches of snow on the ground and a windchill around 5 degrees (F) and watch you catch fish. Great scenery too! Thanks Rohan!
Was definitely worth a watch, many good fish, the brown about halfway through was so beautiful with that bit of yellowy-orange colour on him With the amount of carp in this vid and all your others for that fact, it really shows how bad the carp problem is I caught a new PB today on plastic a big fat 86 yewww!!! got it on camera that will be up next week 👍
@@RKJFishing it's a crazy fight in skinny water, he had me in sticks and all glad I was on the Bass in structure combo 😂 aka the Sedona, the reel is basically gone now... but it's copped so much more than it was ever designed for haha
Nice 1 Ro'! Listen, do you EVER fish the upper reaches of the Campaspe, like in the Pyrenees region, & is it any good for redfin or natives etc that far up? There ISN'T much water in it up around Carlsrhue or Kyneton areas.
Thanks mate. No I honestly haven't fished the river down there, it's something I hope to explore soon though. I just checked the fisheries stocking database and apparently they put 20,000 yellowbelly fingerlings into the Kyneton area in 2021. I don't think it dries up completely, so there would have to be some in the deeper holes along there I reckon. Surely there'd be redfin, those things are everywhere haha
