Hi! I just bought a second hand Suunto smart HR belt and I cannot pair it to my Garmin 735xt watch..I replaced the battery but it still does not work. Are they incompatible?
Try turning off connections to on cell phones. I did that and it paired however I have been unsuccessful at connecting again.

does the watch shows real time live heart rate data from the strap during your workout?
Yes, it does. I often keep my heart rate info as the main screen during my activities so that I know which zone I'm in.
how did you get the pool swim activity on your watch? i couldn’t find mine
it came automatically installed on my watch. If not, you have the option to "add activity" by going to Menu>Settings>Activity Profiles>Add New

Forerunner 735XT. Used mostly by triathletes for its multisport function.
