    Welcome to FOLLOW AND FLOW FITNESS where we combine strength training, nutrition and spiritual practice. What is Follow and Flow? FOLLOW: gleaning from the meditative technique of "following the breath," during strength training we FOLLOW the blood and focus the burn precisely to the area being trained. FLOW: every session and individual body is unique. We find the FLOW (greatest burn) via a flexible approach of listening to what the body wants each session. Nutritional options (healthy meals) and spiritual practice (meditation / affirmation) are also available.
