as a malaysian indian, I really appreciate the gorgeous music used for the batu caves segment! It truly reflects the effort u guys put in when researching music for editing. So glad u enjoyed your time in Malaysia! :D
Village Park was our to go Nasi Lemak spot when we lived in KL. Best rice, great sambal and amazing chicken..and SO FREAKIN' CHEAP! The price doesn't look like it's changed in the 4 years since we lived there. And team durian, for sure. So good.😊
Most beautiful! Couple/set of souls on UA-cam that is! and also travel destination they're exploring I suppose! 😅 One day I hope to see you explore Canada! 🙏
@chonnyday Great to see you trying all this great Malaysian food! Did u know that there are some pretty good Malay food at Authentic KL Flavors in Marrickville, Sydney? Then at least u still have access to some good food even back in Australia!
Definately a yes on durian !! I haven't had a fresh one in years since all of the restrictions. And that Nasi Lemak looked so good, haven't tried an authentic one yet. Have to look into when it's the coolest temperature in Malasia to visit one day. Hope you had fun on yet another food adventure !! ❤
Love these videos. Found you guys when i moved to Melbourne and was looking for good food spots, so thanks for all the good meals ive had here 😀. You should try "Keki milk bar"and "Khao" just over the road in the CBD. The chicken Laksa at Khao was awesome.
And that's why animals are nicer to feed. If any animal comes up to you with eyes tht say feed me, they will so appreciate that you cared about them. Once again, you nailed the vlog!
Fun video ! Yeah watch out for those scammers ! It's always a good idea to search common scams for the different areas you visit. "I'm hungry ! " "How about a delicious Shawarma ?" "No ! I want that restaurant over there" . 🤣🤣🤣 Do you know the saying beggars can't be choosers ?
After trying this Nasi lemak at village park, go try the other one at Nasi Lemak Burung Hantu at Taman Tun Dr Ismail. I prefer that one along with their sambal udang..
Love your vids as always❤. Did you know most of the time you can request your preferred noodle type in your laksa? They usually default to yellow noodles but you can get mix meehoon or kueytiao too. Theres also a specific laksa noodle that's usually used in assam laksa. Hope you can try all the different types of laksa in Malaysia one day 😊.
HELLO BEAUTIFUL AUSSIE COUPLE & KELVIN ❤ ING this of course the 😋😋😋 FOODS review & we get 👀 the MALL AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL CLEAN ! DELENA enjoying the journey & U'll find the BEST LAKSA (sorry if I spelled it wrong) ❤️
Been watching your videos for the last few days....how can I start my diet watching you eat (esp. Dalena schlurping her noodles with her TARDIS-like stomach😄)? Next time you guys visit, I recommend Ipoh with its karst mountains, reminiscent of your folks' ancestral lands! But...here is me asking the most important question...: ' Guys, is the standard of pho acceptable in Penang/KL, and if so... please name and fame so that I may thơm ngon when I'm in KL next. '
Rule No.1 in Malaysia, DO NOT EAT Malaysia Cuisine in shopping mall restaurant!!!!! Pin this comment up for the tourists who are coming to Malaysia. You can simply get yourself a tasty Nasi Lemak or Laksa among the streets. DO NOT EAT in a shopping mall restaurant!!!! They are overcharging for a cheap and delicious dish and still can't bring out the traditional and delicious taste to you. Have fun in Malaysia!!!
FYI: Alcohol and durian are best not eat and drink together as there are cases of people having health complications or worst case scenario death as it is not advisable.
Sweeter durians would be udang merah for me. Musang King is known for being a bit on the bitter side with a hint of what westerners would describe an "alcohol" taste.
I prefer any part of the wing that I can get 🍗🥰. I'm from Central Mississippi in America.... we love chicken anyway we can get it! I'm a true Southern country girl. I just recently (like 4 or 5 days ago or maybe even a week ago) have been binge-watching you two ever since! Y'all have the greatest chemistry and are oh-so cheerful 🤗😍 You don't see it that often anywhere on any social media platform and it is a pleasure, also a joy. Thank you for sharing your life's journey, travels, and everything in between! ❤❤ P.S. Not sure about Durian. I've never had it but I have it on many, many videos that I have watched. 🫣☺️ The other foods look awesome though ❤
Malaysian are a bit generous. Sometimes too generous so the "scammer" take advantage. Mind you the that most of the scammer are foreigners or illegal immigrants (I personally have encounter few scammer that claim they are from Palestine (lie, they are Rohingya), they know Malaysian pity Palestine so much so they take advantage lol.)
DURIAN? or NO DURIAN
Delena should try D24 if she likes durians that are on the sweeter side
Tasted Durian from Davao, Phils. and it's ok with me. I don't know why others don't like it. 😊
I'll just stick with Duran Duran!!😜
DURIAN of coz!
Personally no but you can eat it

I freaking love durian!!!!!!!!! One time at work in the hospital a patient brought in durian and they thought the hospital was having a gas leak lol
the maplestory music is so nostalgic it brings me back to those blissful carefree after school days

I watched the beginning using my VR headset so it was cinematic! It felt like I was at Monkey Magic Mountain. Beautiful place.

i started to love you both and the food you chose🎉🎉
Hey, the reason I'm watching your videos is because of the cutie with an Australian accent. If she had an American accent, I'll be like what ever.
I agree, bananas in south east Asia are super delicious. When I lived in Japan fortunately the bananas were imported from Philippines.
Finally you go and eat Village Park Nasi lemak…. 😉😉😉 how about Yut Kee at KL?
Those wings looked fire! Technically they are both wings tho. In the bbq world the two parts are refered to as drums or flats.
Been watching your videos for the last few days....how can I start my diet watching you eat (esp. Dalena schlurping her noodles with her TARDIS-like stomach😄)?
