Love that Malaysia is getting the exposure it deserves. There are definitely better hawker centers around the city that really embody the true food culture there. The best of Chinese, Malay and Indian fusion is awesome. Penang is a top 5 food city worldwide IMO.
Roti canai, char koay kak, nasi lemak, hokkien mee all need to try next time!

Awwww... spent all of January 2023 in George Town, researching street food as 'intangible cultural heritage'. The food is amazing, and it's a lovely town to spend time in.

FYI: there are few variety of laksa in malaysia and what delena often had is sarawak laksa which is coconut curry based type. you guys should come to sarawak the other region of malaysia to try the authentic version of sarawak laksa delena would love it! maybe next time ! haha

WELCOME TO MALAYSIA!!! hope you enjoy our hospitality and FOOD. All kinds of good shit ranging from different races and cultures. If you are coming to KL, try our Pan Mee! There is 2 versions, Chili Pan Mee with thick noodles as well as the soup version, Mee Hoon Kueh (Hand-torn Noodles)
of course the food is blowing your mind, Penang is the food kingdom, the street food and hawker store food taste like heaven and the portion is a lot

Im from a neighbouring country n we have number of similar food but when I was in penang.. everything just tasted soooo good like even some of the malay cakes (im not big on it) just somehow tasted good!! What is this penang magiccc 😂
