This has to be my favorite shark tank pitch. Simply amazing. The presentation, the business and sales, the deals, the inspiring backstory and the extra 50k for the parents. An idea so simple yet powerful. She’s an inspiration to all immigrants. Congrats to her.

I liked that she didn't forget that her parents sacrificed so much for her. She sends money to them. Great parents, great daughter and inspirational story.

Amber is an awesome young lady. What an inspiration to all Malaysians. Had me in tears hearing her background growing up poor, her family's sacrifices but achieved her dream despite all odds. Malaysian politicians please wake up to what the country is missing out!
Many families in Malaysia and even my friend's parents in Singapore borrow to send us to college yet some ppl think we hv Jack Ma parents or have money trees in our suitcases. Including some of my siblings and fellow countrymen.
Truly our sufferings are kept under the lid and homes, nobody wants to know, nobody cares and thanks to race politics.

Great pitch with strong story telling skills. Her slow and steady pace & the use of clean gestures really helped listeners get enthralled into the story. It also helps that the flow is really clear (Situation - Problem - Solution). Would have loved to hear more about the product though

Lori is so smart with it. She knew how to seal the deal. Giving that extra 50K to her parents meant so much to her and Lori knew it.

idk generally i think hes pretty nice, you can tell when hes just trying to joke around and play up his interrogation and stuff so that its entertaining to watch and the absurdity makes people coming in a little more comfortable, barbara and mark have a bigger tendency to be rude imo

I cried when she cried. This was a great episode. I am glad she chose Lori and Mark. They believed in her and her dream and they even wanted to give back to her parents.
This is one of the few entrepreneurs that didn’t counter. She genuinely wants the sharks in the company and doesn’t wanna counter in good faith.

The product concept and her numbers were all there but it's the heart behind it all that sealed the deal for her. You can have all the bells and whistles, but also having a story that connects with others creates a different kind of impact. I wish her and her parents the very best.

I think my favourite part of this is that she took the 20% equity deal without trying to negotiate. truly shows that she cares more for what she's doing than the money, she knows the money will come anyways. and she's not greedy. lets go fellow Malaysian!!
