Hey, awesome first project! Congratulations- pro tip- with most of fabrics you should beware of the thread running while cutting the parts otherwise you will have warped fabric with more elastic fabrics after washing ( I always wash the fabrics before working with them) there’s always shrinkage in the process. Thanks for the tip wasn’t aware that cutting it a certain way mattered, also it was pre wash that’s why when I brought it in my studio it was all wrinkled bc it was fresh out the dryer lol !

just for a little bit of clarity about the yokes on pants, the yokes do add some length to the pants, but the yokes also (which may seem unnecessary) allow the top back of the pants to conform better to a person's body. a person's ass isnt a square block, so the yokes conform to the top curvature of your ass-waist

I Know you won't tell us where you got your denim, but can you give me a clue at least on where I can get bulk fabric or like fabric rolls? I want to start making some pieces this summer.
Search for local fabric stores, thrift stores you can steal fabric from old items, and any bulk website online just gotta do some research
