When your batteries shut down when full, they are doing an over voltage voltage shutdown which they should not do. Either the settings in the BMS do not match your final charging voltage or you have disbalanced cells and one runs into the limit before the other cells are full.

Clamptite stainless wire tie tool works great on those air fittings. Then you don't have that clamp hooking on everything
Great video as always. I always feel lazy after watching one of your videos, since I haven't worked on any personal projects. But I spent 10 hours in a machine shop running a lathe at work today. I made a roller for the machine that chops Twizzlers and two gears for a Kellogg cereal machine. Just doesn't feel the same when it's work for someone else.

Had hot weather today.. 25°C~ and no rain.. I'm in the UK... Met Office said it was the coldest summer since (can't remember what year) a while back.
btw can you stop sending those Tornado storm systems across the Atlantic.. they cause it to be very windy and rain.. causing flooding.

I have replaced the forward deck.. it's taken 10? months.. the new larch T&G didn't take too long to do.. and covered it with plastic sheet..
tied down ready to continue...
then it was winter and there were floods... last Autumn I lost count.. then 11 ALERTS (official floods) this year and ones that weren't bad enough to qualify..
Anyway "rain stopped play" (cricket term) ..
Also it's coordinating weather with me being able to do it.
Today I finally got the deck canvas on (synthetic)...
In the middle above the bed is a 20" square skylight.. thick perspex.. I'd thought about having a skylight for 30+ years..
I installed the perspex when I replaced the deck.. problem was I couldn't see the sky or star's because of the plastic sheeting..
Now it's a clear view of the star's in bed..
I should have done the skylight 30+ years ago..
I also have a blackout type blind that can cover it..
Definitely recommend a skylight above the bed...

You mean those Guibo flex couplers? I think he has considered them but chose another solution.
