VMS 4.1 PROBLEMS

- Hey guys,
I am having problems with my VMS 4.1 and Virtual DJ. The problem I'm having is my master controls knobs and the top row of knobs for each channel work on my work station, but do not work with the PC and virtual DJ. (see video) I don't know if it's a software issue or hardware. I have re-installed the software a few times due to another issue I was having, but still can't seem to get them to work! Also, I can't figure out the Q Start either. Any Help will be great!
yea I had the same problem again this weekend... this time it was the my left side instead of my right side. I restarted my VDJ and my vms 4.1 and it worked fine the rest of the night, like the entire night... 4 am to be exact... if you hear anything, let me know cause I haven't gotten word back!
i had exaclty the same thing happen this weekend exept mine was the left hand side stopped outputting sound, luckily i have two laptops so the one i had using input for analog channel switched to that side then i had to stop vdj unplug usb replug usb and restart vdj all within the 3 min song i had playing ive sent a message to vdj support awaiting a response
Same thing is happening to me now... one deck just stops working randomly.... just stops working when i go to que a song... this is REALLY annoying, I have to restart virtual dj to get both decks on again
I contact American Audio about it and they told me to send out the unit. After doing some trouble shooting over the phone. I ended up having a bad channel... Call them up!
Were you ever able to get the gain control to work? I'm having the same issue and its really annoying. I also have the VMS2 and everything works just fine on it! Please let me know if you were able to fix it and how. Thank you
15djflo no I haven't. I even got a new laptop... the controller works just fine with moving with the gains
hi do you have an email i can forward you on the info they send me testing it now so far playing for an hour so far so good
