Domino's usually provides you with a 30 mins delivery guarantee, now if your food doesn't reach you by 30 mins you either get it for free (and yes delivery boys are paid, they don't have to compensate for your food in case of delay, one of them told us so when we insisted on paying for the delayed food. Just stating since a lot of Indians have this misconception), or you can complain about the delay and get your money back on the Domino's wallet, upto 300 INR that is. Now note that this time limit guarantee is not available for all the items on the menu, but most of them, and I've never ordered that burger before so idk if it's available for that one, but you can try contacting the customer care services about the delay... If I got that after 2 hrs on a normal day, I'd be really upset too.

It's not just India. In Australia my whole family has boycotted Domino's. Why? Ordered 2 pizzas which they couldn't even get friggin right, ordered extra sauces and toppings which we were charged for but they didn't put on! They said we could get a refund, or a free pizza if it we didn't get the refund. Wait 5 days as requested but no refund. So when I called up they said "oh no, we can't give you free pizza as the refund could still be pending!" Others have started to do the same... word of mouth is a powerful tool. Note: this was 8 months ago, no pizza and no refund!
I personally haven't ever had an issue with dominoes in the US. It's cheap, tastes good and I can get my whole order picked up in half an hour or less even on a busy day. I'm sorry that dominoes out there is so bad but maybe I just lucky? I dont know but I've been eating there exclusively for years never order any other chain.
@roman111117 I personally haven't see any changes if anything its gotten better as of late, the chicken bite things used to always be burnt now their actually well cooked and crispy, the cheese on the pizzas is still good enough but sometimes it can have an odd texture, otherwise it's still great pizza on my end and it's affordable, however I'm the person that uses the 6.99 or 5.99 carryout deal every order and I end up getting two pizzas, two pastas, chicken bites, two sets of bread and sauce for just around 40

Domino's usually provides you with a 30 mins delivery guarantee, now if your food doesn't reach you by 30 mins you either get it for free (and yes delivery boys are paid, they don't have to compensate for your food in case of delay, one of them told us so when we insisted on paying for the delayed food. Just stating since a lot of Indians have this misconception), or you can complain about the delay and get your money back on the Domino's wallet, upto 300 INR that is.
Now note that this time limit guarantee is not available for all the items on the menu, but most of them, and I've never ordered that burger before so idk if it's available for that one, but you can try contacting the customer care services about the delay... If I got that after 2 hrs on a normal day, I'd be really upset too.

It's not just India. In Australia my whole family has boycotted Domino's. Why? Ordered 2 pizzas which they couldn't even get friggin right, ordered extra sauces and toppings which we were charged for but they didn't put on! They said we could get a refund, or a free pizza if it we didn't get the refund. Wait 5 days as requested but no refund. So when I called up they said "oh no, we can't give you free pizza as the refund could still be pending!" Others have started to do the same... word of mouth is a powerful tool.
Note: this was 8 months ago, no pizza and no refund!
Love to hear this, I've done the same in america, their quality has gone down the drain lately as menu prices rise and employee wages do the same.
I personally haven't ever had an issue with dominoes in the US. It's cheap, tastes good and I can get my whole order picked up in half an hour or less even on a busy day. I'm sorry that dominoes out there is so bad but maybe I just lucky? I dont know but I've been eating there exclusively for years never order any other chain.
@roman111117 I personally haven't see any changes if anything its gotten better as of late, the chicken bite things used to always be burnt now their actually well cooked and crispy, the cheese on the pizzas is still good enough but sometimes it can have an odd texture, otherwise it's still great pizza on my end and it's affordable, however I'm the person that uses the 6.99 or 5.99 carryout deal every order and I end up getting two pizzas, two pastas, chicken bites, two sets of bread and sauce for just around 40
