I personally can't stand the "they have me dispatched out in your area at X:XXpm". Ambulances are dispatched. This is my own business. Nobody is dispatching me anywhere. It makes it sound like somebody else is pulling the strings behind me. I know that a lot of FFL folks use it but I have zero idea why. There are soooooooo many better ways to nail down a date and time.
@Gigi xx This might sound 'hokie' but what I sometimes say is, "Mr. Jones, this is very important business that we will be discussing. I will make you a promise. I will be thorough but will be respectful of your time. Promise me one thing though as well. That unless you have an emergency (and if you do please call or send me a text), you will be home at the date and time that we discussed. Fair?". That always worked for me as a financial advisor and I was rarely stood up. Most (not all) folks will feel more guilty blowing you off if you use something like this.
Why this doesn't have thousands of likes is beyound me. This is absolute GOLD😁Thank you Matt.
Good stuff. Don’t ask a question that leaves a negative option open. It’s “What time are you available?” not “Are you available?”
Thanks Matt this video is so tailored for me. I agree with everything you've said.
Thank you so much Matt. Excellent tips.🌺
Much appreciated thank you.
Great presentation Matt! Thank you!
Valuable.... valuable... Valuable content

Matt , Phone Tips was very good, I have made some of those same mistakes.
Wow the algorithm really sent this to me at the same time .
Very nice.

Ed Mylett does a great job teaching this wisdom as well.

Man I blew about half my leads explaining shit too much.
Does anyone have the link to the financial inventory he referred to in the next level sales call?
Bethany that's a great question. Maybe your up line could send you one.
That dial 3 or 4 times in a row backfired on me once. A client told me right away to stop calling her because I was harassing her. Good times lol
Jean Vieira for 1-3 you lose you’ll over come 6-8 so it’s okay. That person wasn’t going to buy either way 😜😜😜
