Yo! I met Sen Dog in France a few years ago! Dude was really solid. Even shared a bowl hit with me and my bro lol. OG told me “All you need is one hit, one hit to travel the world for the rest of your life” swear I’m still on the grind now! But that was some of the best advice I could get that consistently motivates me till this day!

Terribly unfortunate for him, but it makes me feel better hearing his story cuz I can't keep my attention on anything... I have a bunch of half completed projects, constantly starting new employment, because I either got frustrated or bored... started to feel like I was broken... but when you see, one of your OGs telling us about their own personal struggle, it makes me feel like I'm not alone, and also proof that any of us can rise above our circumstances...Salute to Sen Dogg

You should try coffee, or nicotine (i.e. nicorette if you're not cool with cigs), weight-training, and mental discipline and rewarding yourself when you can focus for some time...these things really helped me and I'm on the verge of finishing up my first novel. 107K words, hopefully will be a best-seller, I think it has what it takes. Don't just give up, try to work on how to improve that focus.
Finish one project at a time homie. I had a bunch of unfinished books and I finally finished one on Wu Tang. Good luck

@@image3320 definitely taking that to heart brotha ,yea moms had me om Ritalin during child then I went off meds up until this day but used alcohol everyday and then meth made it worse on top of my ptsd from violence and to this day I just try n not use meds,I been clean for awhile now,I think if I can start to eat better n workout it'll fursure help me ,I'm on house arrest so I been just work and home and gaining weight again

I was working backstage at one of their events, Smokin Grooves or something, doing promo with a label or for the radio station…. I forget. I was trying to catch up with Muggs to drop him this mix i made. It was my demo to join The Soul Assassins DJ Crew. I had it on me just in case I saw him. I never did.
Long story short, saw him chillin outside the greenroom area. We talked he dapped me up blah blah blah. I told him that I need to get the mix to Muggs & he agreed to pass it on. I leave to get back to work, as I hit the corner I see him toss my cd in the trash.
Stopped fuckin with them after that. My whole desire to be affiliated with anyone in that circle was killed.
He had no obligation to do anything for me. But don’t get a kids hopes up, & lie to his face like that. Just say no.

I was at the concert that was supposed to be Sens last show at Hollywood Palladium. Bobo did his part and b real lost his voice. It was sad man that was gone, but the guys held it together that must’ve been about 97 around.
