Me And my bro visited South Fork in 2009, it was AMAZING stop outside the gates then to drive up to the drive, the house was so much smaller that it appeared on TV and the pool outback was TINY !! But what an adventure it was for two boys from a village called Mullinahone ( Co Tipperary Ireland) . And apparently Larry Hagman had been there the day b4 we got there, such a shame to have missed the legend! Peace and love ya'll 😊
The intro is great, showing downtown Dallas, the Majestic and Pyramid like office buildings, but if they did this show today, season 42 or whatever, they'd all be working from home
I'm writing that my name is Josh and i'm writing that i believe that all 356 episodes from all 14 seasons of DALLAS should become available to stream on the streaming service MAX in 2024. I read online that Warner Bros. studios might release a brand new DALLAS The Complete Series Bluray boxset with all 14 seasons with a brand new remastered picture quality.
This version is better, I was disappointed with the season version of theme the late 70’s theme ‘78 sounded quiet no beat no base, but the 1980 version had the best and base, which should have been the late 70’s version, because, I’m a black guy from and born in London, I grew up listening to 70’s music back in the 80’s when I was baby, I’m an early 80’s baby, listen to Donna Summer “I feel love”, my favourite song which came out year before the Dallas started, the late 70’s beat and base which went through to the early 80’s, that is why I liked the late 70’s sound after I listen to Donna Summer song “ I feel love” back in the mid 80’s on my mum cassette when she taped in Kenya or Uganda before she moved to London in the early 80’s and before she had me, I recognise the different sound of the 70’s slots (early, mid and late 70’s sounds), but I thought the mid 80’s of Dallas was better, but this one and the 1980 or version is better than the late 70’s version, 😃

It's interesting how Linda Gray got better looking the older she got.
They don’t make intros like this anymore.. They were all great inc Dynasty
i also remember this from childhood. it was magic.
I think this is the version I remember as a 5 year old

This one had a harder beat than the rest.
Especially because of that snare.
I’m glad you notice something, this mid/ late 80’s version is better, like what you said, 😃
@@jnadle1 snare??
That sizzle snare

I knew something was up when Victoria Principal was not in the intro.
How old were you when you knew something was up when Victoria's picture wasn't up there?
