Najmuddin Meghani, a well-known advocate and notary of Gujarat, has been in practice since 1977. Mr.Meghani’s family belonged to a place called Chuda in Limdi, taluka of Saurashtra. Meghani’s father shifted to SURYANAGRI “Surat” struggling to come up amidst all odds. Accepting the realities of life, he studied in a very ordinary school up to standard VII, thereafter he joined Proprietary School for higher secondary and finally ended up at P.T. Science College to become a science graduate-B.SC. Hardship of life gave him more dreams to see and he has chased his dreams with passion. Between all the family’s economic crisis, he did not lose his moral coverage and with the wonderful support of affectionate mother and blessings of Principal of Law College, A.Manji Saheb, he qualified himself as an advocate.
He had a bright academic career and the same brightness can be seen in his professional practice. Najmuddin Meghani has been practising since 1977 in Surat Civil Court, Revenue Court, SSRD, GRT and High Court of Gujarat. People who know him, can confidently say, “he is having a skill in managing his professionalism at glance.” At the same time he believes in long term relationship with his clients and taking care to maintain the relationship personally. A word “struggle” is highly associated with every successful personality and so with Mr.Najmuddin Meghani. Despite of the full of struggle, he has constantly proved not to lose and continue efforts vigorously in right direction with the faith in God and confidence in yourself. Today, Mr.Meghani is the one of the leading advocates of Gujarat in land and property matters. He is glaring example for the youth of today.
LAW PRACTITIONER
Mr.Meghani is one of the noted advocate and notary in Gujarat. has been in practice since 1977. The area of emergency and the harsh laws like Urban Land Ceiling Act passed in 1976 which the parliament of India proved real mascots for Meghani, as the specialization of the land and revenue matters was the first love and landmark achievement of him. He then never looked back. He gained tremendous knowledge and commanded greater respect from the authorities. In fact he was considered as DOCTOR OF ULCA MATTERS and his field cover was sufficient for any dealing with any person or authority to rest assured that whatever was claimed in the file was provable and the position in law could be enforced or acted upon!!
He is master in Land Revenue matter and his area of practice are Revenue Court, Civil Court & District Court, SSRD, GRT, Hon.Gujarat High Court, Permission related to Land Revenue Court, Permission related to Agricultural & Tenancy Act, Title verification, Document Drafting and Consultant related to Land Laws and Revenue Laws.
