Mike coming in clutch with the KNOWLEDGE! need this to be a series.
Clutch.... To hold something/ connect the power from engine to gearbox 😂😂😂😂
This stuff has been around for 50+years man, nothing new.
@@fit4ya1975many things have. That doesn’t mean everyone knows it.
the hanging warmup is actually genius. will def incorporate that into all my lifts from now on. exellent video Daddy Mike
The hang warmup is a terrific way to start your session. .I'm 68, and it has done everything he talks about. Decompresses spine, straightens shoulders and improves grip.
after how long? I've been doing this the past 1-2months and my right shoulder is still lower : p and been doing it a few min per session - although only twice a week so far, will be doing it 4times a week, injured my knee so skipping leg workouts
@@aurelianspodarec2629 Bro if one of your shoulders is always lower than the other, you could have scoliosis. Go get it checked by a doctor, especially if you also get occasional back pain.
@@aurelianspodarec2629 my first warmup is the hanging, i do it for 1 min, puts me in the mood to continue forward. I'm 66.
This needs to be a series, ridiculously helpful content.
Taking test like Mike will get you the fastest gains - saved you having to watch 👌🏻
l love the way you explain things, slowing it down and explaining it so clearly. Alot of other youtubers I watch tend to talk so fast, and it gives me anxiety watching their workout videos. Thanks Mike!!
YUM YUM
The presentation is simple and clever - a fantastic instructor.
Great video mike really good work love the tips i knew a few of these already but some i didn't know great job.
that strap tip for front squats was especially just so helpful, ty so much!
This was a helpful vid, especially adding a light dumbbell to the cable lateral raise! Thanks Mike!
I've been training for 20+ years and some of these tips are even new to me. NICE ONE!
The cuffs work great for lateral raise on cable, love them
one additional trick for front squats is a PNF stretch of the lats to enable yourself to raise your elbows higher. Good tips Mike :)
Love the tips and tricks! Really helpful, thanks Mike :)
You have my dream body mike.

The elbow hangers look like a game changer for working out the core. Thanks !!!
Great content!! A load of really useful nuggets here! 💪
Excellent tips & tricks. Thanks Mike
Great video Mike! Cuffed Lateral Raises have been a gamechanger and 3.45 is spot on, much prefer setting up Bulgarians with a foam pad on a barbell a bit lower down, far more comfortable! 👍
This was very helpful. Thank you, Mike!
This vid reminded me of the early days of this channel before all the ultra lifestyle flexy stuff
Love all your content but this is still my favorite style!
Amazing advice Mike!

11:07 is the moment I saw the shy young Mike that got awkward or insecure before the camera. Good that you haven't changed that much with all the success that you've had. Good video.

Great tips, learnt something new
Great tips 👌🏽 thanks!
Thanks for the tips Mike, have you got a preference on the ab straps you use? What brand are they in the video?
Love the content! Valuable information right there. Question, where did you get those training pants?
Thank you for the upload, I learnt a lot from this one video you clearly have passion and knowledge and you explain it in lay mans terms, I train most days, but not many gains but am going to try it your way.. Cheers Paz
Always coming with the facts
Mike that front squat hack is excellent. I am definitely going to try that hack on my next leg day. Can you advise which brand of wrist cuffs you use. TYVM!
PS - I've been following you for about five years now. Continued success!
I've got one. When using the smith machine, place some blocks or pads under each of the arms then load the plates. Then you can start your set with a heavy weight but you aren't at the weakest position. When you push up the blocks just fall away and you do your set. Only needed when it's really heavy.
Brilliant. Thank you
Great content
Learned a couple tricks
Very good bro, thanks for sharing.

Question: Are those Harbinger Cuffs you have for ankles or wrists?? I looked on Amazon and Harbinger and all I see are ankle cuffs. There are several other manufacturers, but I've used Harbinger gloves for years and I really like their stuff.
This guy the McGuyver of gym workouts!
What about diet and supps?
Mike, how to get rid of po pup vains on calves?
Do you have any tips regarding piles/hemeroids due to heavy lifting?
Use Preparation H
These were great. Definitely going to buy the wrist cuffs for doing the shoulder exercises, I always feel like my form is a little awkward and this could help
also the ab sling will work great in my gym
the 2 minute hang before and after the workout, I need to stretch out
and the split squat trick with the barbell and pad. I always feel off when using the bench, something a little lower makes sense
thanks
The wrist cuffs are definitely something I’d look to get as well. Did have a search on Amazon, but I could only find Ankle Cuffs. Does anyone know the Brand that Mike is using? Thanks
Same, appreciate any suggestions. Or can ankle cuffs be used as they have similar design?
Great gym tips. Just bought the side lateral wrist attachment from Amazon.
Hi mate, do you know what the name of those were (Brand/Keywords etc). Thanks
@@sammyjainHarbinger Padded 3-Inch Ankle Cuff with Double Ring Attachment
While stretching is generally great and especially dead hangs have a lot of benefits, they are not at all recommended before a strength workout. Stretching before a strength workout can slightly fatigue your muscles and tendons and lead to worse workout performance and even to injuries.
Good Tipss
Hey MT ,, what style of nikes are those ........ gotta grab a pair
Good ones.
