Interestng area. We have those kinds of places in Montreal and they hsve been evolving in interedting waus with tons of renovation projects, mostly pricey. The barrio definitely has character and lots of potential. You mention the East Village and Soho in New York City. In Montreal our comparison would be St. Henri where things are now pretty interesting despite Covid. We are longing to head to Valencia and will as soon as we feel safest! Keep up the good work.

American here. Does Valencia have any gun violence? It's getting out of hand where I live. Just last night a group of people were gun down while enjoying a night out. What about drug addicts? We've got a lot of that too. How about abject poverty?
Hello! No, there is no gun violence to speak of here. You are not allowed to have guns unless you a license and they are very strict with handing those out. I think mostly security guard kind of jobs and of course hunters, but again, they are not easy to get. I was actually going to do a video on this very, very soon, so stay tuned. I have to tell you, it's refreshing.
