Caroline, I can't tell you how much we value you and your tours. We are planning on moving to Las Vegas in late 2025 (live near San Francisco now and love it but with retirement coming up we just can't afford to stay here, so Vegas it is. If you had to choose between an apartment in Summerlin, like Talavera, or one with similar amenities in Henderson, like in 7 Hills, which would you choose???
@@Frecks50 honestly I would choose Talavera the reason is because of the location it’s so central to everything like shops restaurants and the freeway. And it’s a huge apartment so it offers a lot of space and storage which I personally like. ☺️

Lots of space‼️🙌🏽🙌🏽 They certainly look pristine, considering the age of this community. I suppose the days of 2 to 2.5 times your monthly salary to qualify are extinct. 🤦🏽♀️
Yea there defiantly not bad looking. I know its crazy how they expect people to make 70k here in Vegas smh
@@carolinelopez91Prior to my move here in November 2023, I had not moved in 12.5 years. It was so humbling to not be able to qualify at so many places, when it used to never be an issue. I have stellar credit, but I seem to be in the ‘current’ poverty level status‼️🤦🏽♀️

Overpriced and certainly old style apartments (25 years old) considering all the new development/ new apartments in the Vegas Metro area. The closets are not walk in, old style refrigerators, and the stairs! OMG,. That extra $60 fee per month...they are really trying to rip people off that is obvious.

For these apartments understand the rent is $1500+ for a 1 bedrm, pet rent is extra. The best time to shop for apts is Oct-April. Rents always increase $50-100 during moving season May-September.
