Unfortunately foreigners are prohibited to buy land in the Philippines. But they can own condominiums.

You can always go for kayak from the town of el nido…more cheaper and have the island for yourself or the expensive side is to rent your own private tour and avoid tourist…if you have time check out the other islands like port Barton ,balabac still beautiful.’.✌🏼🇫🇷
