What happened to these guys... They progressed SO MUCH ! This is unbelievable, I wasn't that much of a fan of their debut album and thought it was a bit overrated in term of Melodic Hardcore but this is really an improvement. Great atmosphere and those cleans are amazing !

I seriously don't understand what everyone expects out of a band. People complaining for vocals. People complaining that he doesn't sound the same. Stop with the negativity. I for one think that this is already an AMAZING freaking sound. How much do you want it to sound like Dear God? like seriously. Let them grow. Being As An Ocean is literally my favorite band in the whole world and considering i have been lucky enough to see them live twice, just reassures me even more at how amazing they are. Suck it up and accept bands will grow and want to experience and write stronger music. All I can say is that this song is perfection and would not mind whatsoever if the WHOLE ALBUM sounds like this. Maybe one instrumental thats 11 minutes again would be nice lol
I listened to this song in the pitch black at like 1am when it came out, got so emotional, had a long day at work and this song just hit hard, everything about this band does is just filled with pure passion and emotion. It really sucks that a lot of people can't get into music like this because it's too aggressive or "heavy" I guess with the style of vocals, but behind all those stereotypes is music with no care for what society thinks, just musicians doing what they love and putting every ounce of passion they can muster into a piece of music to better peoples lives.
This band has my heart. Thank you for making music that has meaning. Can't wait to buy the album.
