    Hello sir,
    I don't mind taking powder collagen powders. But its easier to consume tablets. I've come across carbamide forte's collagen tablets, type 1+3. Please suggest Whethet that's a good option. Or should I go for wellbeing's marine collagen.
    Im confused in selecting the best product for me.

Vegetarian collagen builders don't directly provide type 1 collagen.They potentially support your body's natural production of various collagen types, including type 1, but the effectiveness depends on your lifestyle ( healthy eating habits + quality sleep + body movement ) .. You can try Unived or Oziva Collagen builder but remember to eat fresh fruits + vegetables + nuts and seeds daily .       Thanks for your support and happy that my video helped you in taking your decision and created some value for you .. Unfortunately, 2 grams of organic moringa leaf powder cannot provide your daily dose of vitamin B12 and better you dont depend upon it as a sole source..
      I has good nutritional content but moringa leaves naturally lack significant amounts of vitamin B12. Even consuming large quantities wouldn't meet your daily requirements. Thanks

      ​@@PowerOfNutritioni searched on googel ...many articles show 02 gram moringa leaf powder has 0.64 mg b12 which is 33% of daily dose....fit tuber was also saying moringa is rich in b12...i dont know why people are claiming it as a source of b12

      Hello, Can I ask what is the reason for which you want to consume collagen and fish oil .. ? You can get both from food also , so unless you have some specific goal, its best to check if food alone can help you .. but her is what I will suggest - The best time to take collagen powder and fish oil capsules can vary depending on your lifestyle and preferences, but here is my general recommendations
      Collagen is often best absorbed on an empty stomach, so taking it first thing in the morning before breakfast or at least 30 minutes before a meal is a good idea. This allows for optimal absorption without interference from other foods.
      Fish oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial for heart health, brain function, and reducing inflammation. If you want any of my video on omega 3 , I haev always recommended to take fish oil capsules with a meal that contains healthy fats, as this can enhance absorption. So, you could take your fish oil capsules with breakfast, lunch, or dinner and make sure it contains foods like some nuts and seeds..
      And most important .. choose a time that fits well with your routine and allows you to take these supplements consistently. Hope this helps , Thanks

      Now, Regarding preference for marine over bovine - "It has been found that marine fish collagen has homology with human collagen and therefore it has been widely utilized as nutritional addendum along with collagen peptides"
