Amanda I feel you! I've been in a reading slump as well and just can't find anything to pull me out of it 😩 I'm hoping to get a nice relaxing weekend where I can just spend a day reading and drinking iced tea and enjoying the sun! I'm definitely going to put The Five-Star Weekend on my TBR. Do you two plan to do anymore UA-cam reading sprints? I was just thinking about those the other day and they were so much fun! I know they take a lot of coordination on your end though :)
I loved Sunkissed by Kasie West sm that I keep rereading it every summer!! I loved Brooks and Avery's friendship and romance so much!! I especially liked her passion for singing and being involved in songwriting for the band!! It was so much fun to read about!! ~Priya

I am just few pages away from finishing These Delicious Deaths, and damn I love this book. It’s summery, gory(ish), fun, thrilling; what more should I ask!
summer read ideas:
I am NOT a Brandon Sanderson fan, BUT I recently read tress to give him another shot, and I thought it was SO CUTE. it's a princess bride retelling. a young kind of sheltered girl leaves her island to become a pirate and rescue someone. it was a fun cute adventure. could be a good summer read.
also started ruth wares ONE PERFECT COUPLE. and its kind of a love island reality tv show thing going on, but a thriller mystery vibe mixed in.
oh, this one isnt necessarily summer feeling, but have you guys read the last murder at the end of the world? it was giving me scythe meets silo(wool) kinda vibes a bit. you may like!

Maybe this video will push me to finally read One Italian Summer. A good summer book is You, with a View. It reminded me of Letters to Juliet with the road trips and a secret past love.

I was disappointed with one Italian summer having come from the dinner list and in five years (which were both easy 5 stars for me) and I feel like Lauren graham sounded on the verge of sobbing at all times and it drove me insane. I need to reread it physically and see if it helps.

Same here! I am a redhead so no sun for me just fake tan. But I do look younger than I am because of it. I read in the shade.
