I highly prefer hard cookies over soft, so yes I bake mine longer on purpose (like you with pizza 😁); I do the same with brownies to get the extra crispy edges I want.
But only the ones my mom and I eat, of course! 😆
Too bad these lacked flavor. The other brands you mentioned are definitely better as far as store-bought cookies go!

There is a 1980s movie called Eleni that stars Kate Nelligan. When I saw the title of the cookies, I immediately thought of that film.

I think these are missing more flavor to wow me. They’re just ok.
I like that most of them are a crispy cookies but I’ll pass.

That is hilarious that the company didn’t know their product was sold on Popshelf. These had potential, but like you and Kevin these would be a pass. They need to bring more flavor. If I had to choose, the pink sugar and butterscotch would be my choice. I do wish the Ginger cookies were better. Great review.
