The Bontrager XXX (also 48 = 13.5) but they didn’t fit well and were not comfortable or stiff enough. Went with the super stiff and well fitting Specialized 7 (black) and never looked back.
Will these stretch out a little after wearing? The wide rub on my little toe a little bit. Wondered if they'd loosen up after some rides.
I'm a 13.5, and ice noticed the SHIMANO's don't make a decent size for the larger foot. I'd love to try them, as you I can't do the XXX on my Allez Sprint. I've thought about the S-Works, but heard they have a tilt to the shoe when it comes to looking into Insoles/footbeds. Therefore, I found myself looking at staying with my Giro Factor Techlaces and just updating the insoles... We shall see what happens. Haven't decided on a Insoles yet... Any recommendations.
I've never tried them but heard good things about the Specialized Body Geometry insoles. I've got lucky with the Shimano insoles on these shoes. They fell great and similar to my old RS321's
Thanks for the review. I’m looking at buying the RC-7, but can only find them online at the moment. I’ve heard different things on sizing. Could you share what has worked for you (I.e, your US size and what worked in the RC-9)? I’m a US 10 - 10.5 and am curious before buying without trying them on.
I like the RC9 in wide. Most shoes I try to get wide

How would you compare the fit and comfort between the r321 and the rc9? Were you the same size between the two? Thanks for the video!
David Dang Shimano R321 was definitely wider in the toe box. But the RC9 is very similar. Bother feel the same very comfortable.
