Looking to make a longer more detailed video on how to do this now I have a tripod and don't have to keep putting my phone down. Would this be useful for anyone?
Thank you for your video. I just got my A200 without rear air con. But my wife keeps complaining it is so hot in the rear. So I was thinking to install a rear air con vent by myself. I have found those parts from internet. But I have no idea how to dissemble the center console as it needs to install a Y-shape pipe underneath the center console. And your video really help. Thank you very much!!!
Just finished this project! Got a bit confused at the disconnecting the lights part, i thought I was meant to disconnect the plug but I actually had to remove the whole ambient lighting acrylic bar which unclipped relatively easily. Thank you for the video I would've never had attempted it without it!

I didn’t understand the part where you have to disconnect the lights from underneath. If you could show it or explain it, it would be greatly appreciated. Thx nonetheless
just wanna say a big thumbs up for the tutorial. It was easier than I thought. Saved me a ton. For anyone needing further clarity on this, i would suggest watching a video by @chesttechner (its in German but u will see all the taking out as he does it). If you are struggling with opening the first bit, make surs the compartment is open before trying to pull it out ( as well as the holders are released too) .
Absolutely it just unscrews from the back and the power to it unclips, just wondering have you tried a factory reset before trying to replace the touch pad?
At 0:23 ; do i need to push the middle slot and two slots(which i need to put screw driver) at the same time? And do I need to unscrew the screw or just use force in the slots with the screw driver?
I press in the middle slot at 23 seconds and barely comes up.. and the next part has zero explanation soo what exactly am I supposed to do to get it off?

0:23 i Can’t Open that part with a screwdriver is it a certain method or just use force
But I messed up the steps and released the feets first does that matter ?
No that will be fine then just release it by putting a flathead in the middle slot
It does feel a little firm but as long as the feet are released you're good.
I pushed it as hard as I could even brought it to my mechanic he couldn’t do it is it a specific screwdriver or just a regular flathead ?
Sorry for the late reply. I used a tiny flat head screwdriver. I can make a longer video now I have a tripod if that will help?
