a went to LN after watch the anime.
kinda bad they cut my man like that on anime
Three strong persons that Brain mentioned are Shaltear, Sebas and Ains
in the Light Novel this part was described wit one word copy and pasted across two pages: SPLAT
also in the anime they are the size of godzilla. i would prefer them to be 3 story building size going 150kmh and have a R mature rating. hellsing ova levels of blood and gore. unfortunately we get a cgi mess... iirc the author put random soldiers hopes and dreams?
The anime really did a disservice to the massacre. In the novel the plains were nothing but blood mist and bloody mud as the Dark Young (only 3 or so stories tall) moved at imperceptble speeds their tentacles also moving at such insane speeds misting anything they hit and crushing bodies to a paste beneath them. In the anime though they're giant lumbering creatures who, while they do move quickly, are slower than described.
I love how Silent Solitude (the ending) fades in as Gazef is preparing to put his life on the line, and the music hits so hard as he challenges Ainz.
Also, the english lyrics of the song, in my opinion, perfectly underline the concpets of not only Ainz becoming less human, but Gazef's loyalty causing his downfall.

Shub-Niggurath is an elder Outer goddess of HP Lovecraft, also called "The Black Goat of the Woods with a Thousand Young" - she is the grandmother of freaking Cthulhu and is more powerful. The funny thing is that those super tier spells just have like a 20 minute cooldown, Ainz has 30 of them, and can use them 4 times per day. Level 100's are very broken.
it also fits, that saturo/momonga/ainz, is akin to azetoth in this world

one is easily coerced because of his family, the king must stand for rebels to tear him down and re estize be plunged to civil war where nazarickk can come in as a peace keeping force, and the 3rd is a favorite beloved pet
the fourth and last is gazef, bromance respect. personal choice without any strategy.

Ainz already not have feeling for killing some humans, in eps 3 season 1 when he first use his spell Grasp Heart, he already said that. And so on. Ainz always said it. He doesn't care whatever it is as long it will benefit him or Nazarick.
But the thing with that is the action from what Ainz doing is not evil and brutal as such in season 3. Since you always see Ainz killing not pure innocent people, so you can excuse him from killing those people.
But in season 3. It straight up innocent, and there is no Ainz or the real Ainz (Suzuki Satoru) inner monologue when such a thing happen. So it's feels Ainz become the Undead Overlord as a hole in season 3. But in reality it is already happen in the first season.

Just a refresher and some extra info from season 1: Mare's 'armor' is a world item. It was given to him after Shalltear's mind control incident. The item is called "Avarice and Generosity". It allows the user to absorb XP and save it up for later use (such as for a spell like Wish upon a Star, which normally requires levels to cast). But the main reason Mare has the gauntlets is to protect him from other world items, so no repeat of the Shalltear incident occurs. That's also why Aura is often carrying that big ass scroll. That item is called "Depiction of Nature and Society", which lets the user trap people in a sort of fake world which has the looks and properties of the user's choosing. However, if the targets find one of the escape routes, the item becomes theirs, so its use is not without risk. Some other guardians carry world items too, though the only one that is known is Albedo's Ginnungagap (which she had since the game, because her creator gave it to her without telling the guild), which is essentially a pocket nuke. We'll see her walk around with it more next season. We know they brought out two more world items, Hygieia's Chalice, and Billion Blades. These were given to Demiurge and Cocytus, but we don't know who has which, and we don't know the abilities either. Lastly, Ainz's red orb is a world item, but the effect of that isn't known either.
And the four people are almost certainly the king, Climb, Raeven, and Gazef. Brain is probably known to Nazarick because of Sebas, but he has no real importance to them. Climb matters because of Renner, Raeven is a competent and mostly selfless ruler who might be useful in the future (and they certainly know of his competence through Renner), and the king is the king. It would probably harm their plans or something to kill him here. Gazef isn't hugely important either, but Ainz wants to recruit him, so of course he wouldn't let the Dark Young kill him.
They are baby goats because they are a reference to H.P Lovecraft, One of the outer gods of that verse is called La shub niggurath And she has another name "The Black Goat of the Woods with a Thousand Young", And she is the grandmother of Cthulhu(this outer god is more famous)
And yeah Ainz has been only thinking about what benefits him and nazaric the most for a long time now, He has a family to protect now, and unfortunate for the world that family is full of Monsters.

2 things 1 that is not ains most powerful spell but it is his most visually appealing strong spell thats why he used it, and 2 the sword has an enchantment to be able to cut anything even a world item thats why ains wants the sword cos being able to destroy a world item without using another world item is awesome is like killing a tank with an arrow

IMO if Gazef accepted his offer, maybe Ainz will ask him to go adventuring with Momon. Or maybe Ainz do experiment him to be more becoming superhuman, because throwback to Episode 8 iirc, when Clementine mentioned him as honorary one of strongest in the kingdom, and considering he has a talent, I wouldn't shock if he became as superhuman as Momon the Warrior. If he accepted Ainz offer...
If Clementine hadn't pissed Ainz off by killing the party he was trying to use to gain rep, it would have been interesting to see if she would have submitted to Nazarick. Having Tanya running around Nazarick would have been fun.
Not sure why the anime decided to portray the dark young as towering monsters. Not counting the tentacles, theyre only 10 meters tall
most likely because the cool part of dark youngs was their speed but it was harder to animate so they exchange the cool part of speed with Size.
