We have some disagreements over the coronavirus pandemic, but I’m in complete agreement with this and thanks for sharing your views. Policing in this country grew out of the desire to monitor and control the lives of enslaved Africans, and this was a privilege granted to every white citizen, not just police (we see it still with “Karen’s” like the Amy Cooper incident). I’m with you - there are no “good cops” because the entire concept and understanding of policing in this country is racist and classist (cops place a lot more importance on protecting the property of the rich than they do the lives of human beings). Cops kill a hell of a lot of white and Latino people too because it is a profession that attracts hyper-testosterone, violent, chauvinist and sadistic men who can’t wait to brutalize people. Policing as we’ve known it needs to be abolished and replaced with something not rooted in slave patrols, but we’ll need to put pressure on our elected officials to actually do something meaningful this time. The Chris Rock bit is funny as hell but very true lol!

Thanks for watching! I definitely agree that the entire policing system is broken and it’s long overdue for our country as a whole to finally face the truth and make a change.

I have a deep disdain for people who see police brutality and their first reaction is "oh no cops will be blamed for this, i have to come to their defense" as if that was a honourable thing to do.
This stupid "can't we all just be friends" approach is brain-dead af. They are the ones committing the violence against black brothers and peaceful protestors. I honestly believe they are equivalent with the women would be angry at the abused wife for demanding the husband change, because *their* husbands don't beat them and implying he needs to change means their husband is also bad.

I feel the same way. I think people who are kick to say “not all cops are bad” feel uncomfortable admitting that the police system in this country is broken and needs to change.

The one thing I mentioned in a tweet recently basically said that we tend to repeat the negatives of history and this whole situation is another example of that. One of the main points I’ve see several times so far that I agree with is the fact that the only way for “all lives [to] matter” can only happen when black lives matter as well.

Awesome video! You explained why BlueLivesMatter and AllLivesMatter aren't good. However, black people are not being killed everyday. It is frequent but not that frequent. Also, you could have talked about other aspects of systemic racism, such as education or marijuana arrests.
