This video is a masterpiece and is way beyond the scope of what is expected from a fan review of a children’s toy. If Christopher Nolan had a sense of humour made Lego reviews they’d look like this.
Josh, I don't know how you do it, but this whole bit has been phenomenal. Maybe it's dad humor for us dad's, but man I was so excited to see the callback to the spinning globe. I don't know how you'll top this, but I have no doubt that you will.
Oh my Josh. This was a good one. I'm following some brick builders, the quiet ones, the smart ones, the excited ones, the unhappy ones, and you. The others introduce sets, you introduce a lifestyle (and sets) and that's great! Keep up the good work. Greetings from Germany.
Regarding 7:15, Lego actually did include something like that. Towards the end in the instructions they show to remove the four 1x2 transparent bricks (which are still in the old position for you) and put them next to the black 1x6 plates closer in. This will lift the car "floating" at the same height as with the wheels down. If you put them on the 1x6 plates it's even slightly higher. Looks great like this.
This is my first set, just grabbed it today. Lego was always intimidating, especially stickers but I had to get this. Your video is fun and awesome! I'm surprised you don't have more subscribers but you earned one today. Thanks for the entertainment!
Josh! You are insane. You outdid yourself with this one, packed to the rim with skits and gags and all of the references, i love this so much. Keep making these awesome videos, but also take a break someTIMEs. Im on this channel since the Ecto-1 review and was hoping since then a Delorean would come along. But i guess you knew
Another awesome vlog. Love it. As a huge BTTF fan this set was a must for me. It arrived today, but my hubby doesn't know ive got it, so kinda hiding it at the mo 😆 as I've spent far too much money on Lego these past few weeks.
Thanks for the review. I agree that Lego should have made the mode changes more easier, I thought I was missing parts but saw this review and they could have just added thenpieces just to change modes a bit easy
I was waiting for your video before seeing anything about the set, and oh man it did not disappoint! What an amazing model! And the amount of work you put on the video.... well, it doesn't surprise me knowing you and after your instagram story the other day, but it still doesn' t make it any less impressive! And ah, the continuity between videos (which I like to think started right before the GWP video, when you decided to reuse the joke that would make more sense in that context) PS: what's up with the globe?
Trans-Clear Cylinder Half 2 x 4 x 5 with 1 x 2 Cutout - 85941. I pulled them off the Ship in a Bottle set. www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=85941&idColor=12#T=C&C=12
Does that mean we'll still get to see "Future Josh" in the future? I surely hope so. Though technically he'd then be... Past Josh? Time travel is so deliciously confusing 😅
Ha - The paper clip is pure genius - the piece used in the Lego display is cheating - they should provide that FOC for all those who purchased the set - it’s obviously a design flaw if even Lego resorts to use non Lego piece to make sure the doors remains opened until closed.
Can we all appreciate that Josh always has something relevant on TV behind him?

very creative video Josh! well done !
Another insanely well done video. I just threw a plug for your channel onto one of the Lego Facebook groups. Keep 'em coming!
Much appreciated!
Man, I hope you don't burn out or something. Your vids are easily the most creative and well produced out there. And yes, this was fun to build.
One of the best Lego review videos of all time! Greetings from Europe 👋
Hey, thanks!

“That sounds great…Scott” best pun of ‘em all. I love all the BTTF references. Best video I’ve seen yet on this set. Very creative.
Amazing video bro, i loved the time travel aspect. I hope you get like 300k + views outta this video, its really rocks :)
That’s a whole lotta Joshes 😍
I haven't even watched these movies, nor do I care for this set, but after all the teasers I knew it would be one of the best reviews yet
WATCH BACK TO THE FUTURE HOLLY
I think 🤔 in the future when we look back at 2022’s past reviews - this will be remembered as one of the best - great work Josh 👍
The doors not staying open is how the real DeLorean doors work due to the mechanism being weak.
We need full BTS showing exactly how many times you had to cut / re-enter the frame / put props on... Oh my. Hats off!
One of your best reviews yet, just awesomE! Cheers from a Peruvian subscriber!!
I admire the effort put into the production
OMGGGG You are KILLING it with these reviews they are hilarious! and clever! lollll the movie references
I like this guy because he has fun with himself... in the good sense!

A good way to stop you from buying more Lego is going out and having a little fun. Cheers to all the stay-at-home adults x)
Absolutely one of my all time favorite lego UA-cam videos. Bravo!
Genius review! Well done.
fun fact: in the Uk if you want all three versions next to each other it is only 450 pounds
ONLY 450, lol. Still a better deal than the U.S. but you have to be really committed to pick up 3 of these
Top-tier creative video as always.
This video should be called "the Josh who leapt through time."

It's now a year after this video and I bought this set yesterday and can't wait to build and display it!
Any time is the perfect time to buy this set. Enjoy the build!
@@JoshBuildsStuff thank you!! I'm sure that won't be a problem:)
Expected a great video, wasn't disappointed. On the contrary, it was even funnier and cleverer than I expected ^^ thanks man, keep up the great work!

Nice review, i love the way you do to present us this set. It's a super idea. Keep going on.
One of, if not the best Lego reviews every, great work Josh, thanks 👍
Ok you’ve convinced me now I want this set! I’ll probably wait for a sale or double VIP points, but this is definitely on my radar!
Awesome review Josh! Excellent stuff right here 😂! Finally got the in stock notification from Lego - got lucky and finally en route!
Really cool editing man! 👌
Perfect review for this set. Hilarious. Thanks Josh!
Great scott!! It’s finally here!
"It's a bummer I can't get 3 copies of this set..."
I'm still waiting for mine!
I saw this set in my LEGO store today. It is bigger in person than I thought. As always a very entertaining video :)
It's a good size in my opinion. I've seen people complaining saying it's too small but I'm happy with it.
Hilarious well done video, all the joshs did a great job

Yeah I'm going to buy extra tires at least. Changing the wheels is the most annoying part.
@@JoshBuildsStuff so lego sell extra tires or just search on other lego collectors for sale posts?
You can buy individual parts on LEGO's site - www.lego.com/en-us/page/static/pick-a-brick?query=tyre&page=1
Or buy parts from bricklink.com
Thanks!, big bttf fan but not much info on legos 👍. Liked and subscribed sir!
Fantastic video!!!
Great review man I’m in the middle of working on my own but this was very creative and an awesome video :) keep it up man
Thanks, Tommy! Still striving to reach your level of quality! 💪

PS: what's up with the globe?
Thanks as always! The globe is another reference from another video...
@@JoshBuildsStuff The "why it's not a good idea to attach a motor to the Lego globe?"
So they did put some kind of a translusive base to hold it in the air in hover mode? Aaah this means we must improvise! 🤔
LOVE your videos. Very well done and entertaining! Keep it up, Josh!
Such a great video :) i got my Delorean on release day i was the 1st person in and out with the set 😅 i also bought the extra pieces on bricklink
Brilliant. Just subscribed.
You rock, Josh!
I appreciate the pun but I think a lot of people will take it for granite.
Fun and funny review. Love the movies but pricey set for that size
Just found one at barns and Nobel and built it as the part three version.
B&N is low-key a great spot for LEGO most of the time.
6:17 He's a peeping Tom!
Such a difficult decision for which to bui---Back to the Future 3 version ayyy
I'm just finished building bag 8
Nice, how are you liking the build?
@@JoshBuildsStuff
I love it! I'm finding it an easier build than the Ecto-1
Why yes, I was thinking 4th dimensionally - how did you know? Do others not always think in 4th dimension?
Heeeeey….cheap shot at the HP sets 😂
Hi nice video! What are the pieces of transparent blocks you use for the hover mode? i.e part number is possible? Many Thanks.

How much for the official Lego paper clip to hold open the gull wing doors?
Does that mean we'll still get to see "Future Josh" in the future? I surely hope so. Though technically he'd then be... Past Josh? Time travel is so deliciously confusing 😅
2 hours!!! You fast 🤣
How much plutonium did you steal????
Just enough to get me to the future to upgrade to Mr Fusion! (Don't tell the Libyans)
The amount of TVA violations in your last few videos is worrisome.
Turns out it's harder to cause a time paradox than previously advertised
At 5:22 to make the doors stay that way, here's what I did drive.google.com/file/d/1fP6wXxZcieXzJamuOPXa04qIoD2CpXyX/view?usp=drivesdk
I think 🤔 in the future when we look back at 2022’s past reviews - this will be remembered as one of the best - great work Josh 👍

Wile they're at it, they should throw in some clear pieces to display the BTTF 2 in "flying position"
