Hi, my question is about Bloom Residences Tower D. The turnover has been postponed a few times. It was supposed to be in 2022 then moved to November 2023 then to February 2024 and now to September 2024. It would be nice to know the reasons for the delay. Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I just received an update from SMDC. Tower C and Tower D postponed Q4 2024. So disappointing.
Hi, I'm sorry for the very late reply. I really wanted to see the property so when I was in Metro Manila, I booked a unit in Tower A. Well, someone told me that there was a problem with the previous contractor. @@jhustapnoyTowers C and D were still under construction when I was there. Hoping the turnover will really be later this year.
