I remember going to AMCs probably 20 years ago in NJ just to play arcade games and not even see movies! glad to at least see some cabinets, but nowhere near what movie theaters used to have.
Did they actually let you in without buying a ticket? 😅 I remember having to talk to multiple different people, including the manager on duty at the AMC up at Palisades Center when I filmed that one. "No, I swear, I'm just doing a UA-cam video on the different arcade games in this mall. I'm not gonna sneak into a movie. Promise."
Some of the AMC Movie Theaters had Namco claw machines but as of now... The AMC Movie Theater I went to had Sugarloaf claw machines and possibly some other AMC Movie Theaters have those as well.

Judging by the amount of sockets, there used to be a lot more arcade games there in this theater's past.
Yeah, no doubt. This is one of the weakest current theater lineups I've seen so far and I can only imagine what they used to have in this space.
