It gets easier every climb. Technique matters, and you'll strengthen those muscles (some of which don't get as much use in normal movement) I started climbing at 37.. dad bod club but decent shape. Now I do tree work full time. Power line clearance 4 days a week and some residential jobs on the off days. I get in a little better shape every day.
