@@neoagent3 okay so the person singing is being told by his buddy a story and this is what he's saying "some guy have me drugs and I got high at a fair (i assume it's a fair because of the pony guy) and he ran over the pony guy. He tries to understand what the buddy said but he ends up getting mad. The buddy cleans up the scene and puts the pony guy in a huge bag and he's been dragging that body around town and somehow isn't caught. He doesn't want to turn him in because they're best childhood friends. So he has this mental conflict with his subconscious and he ends up either killing himself or turning himself to a metal institution. The last part of the story isn't proven.
