Yeah, but the truth of life is that you can't really ''fix'' anyone and it's not your job anyway. You can sympathize, support, maybe help or even share their pain/difficulties to a degree - but that's it.
Yeah I was like that's an easy choice. Aemond isn't evil. He is a sweet boy and although we hadn't seen that brothel scene when you commenred but still even in season 1 he cared for Helaena and only hated those who mocked him, he wasn't unreasonably vengeful. The brothel scene clears it up even more that all needs is someone loving.
I would rather feud with Alicent, I think, cause if Rhaenyra chose she could send Daemon after me, and I don't know that Alicent would purposefully send someone after me, y'know? Not that Rhaenyra would, but overall I think she'd be more inclined to
Agreed because honestly Rhaenyra wouldn’t even have to… Daemon would do it whether she wanted him to or not 🙃 but then again… so would Larys. I think both of them are fairly diplomatic and levelheaded in most cases, they would make a fearsome but respectable enemy. The problem is they have loose cannons in their immediate vicinity and those are the ones it would be scary to have working against you. I feel like I could reason with Rhaenyra or Allicent but there’s no reasoning with Daemon or Larys (or rather whatever lackey they send on their behalf)
