Phia Saban's performance is especially noteworthy and adds significant depth to a character that could easily have been overshadowed. Her ability to convey Helaena’s otherworldliness, coupled with an undercurrent of quiet strength and sadness, makes her a standout presence in the series. Sometimes people forget that Helaena was basically a footnote in the books. She was loved, but hardly developed. Phia's performance has given the character more than GRR Martin did.
I always say even if this isn’t true. It is 1000 times better than Aegon and Helaena shit marriage in both show and canon source. What many people don’t understand that most of the helaemond fans just want someone to love Healena like she deserves to be loved and care. She isn’t love or care by Aegon. Aside from the changes and add ons made by the show runners. This theory still ten times better than what we are about to see in season 2 with Helaena and a haft burn Aegon.

And Aegon took Aemond to the street of silk to be sexually A by an old prostitute at age 13. Aemond tells us this in episode 9. He is not ten in episode 7. He is older than jace and Luke. He was meant to be 10 and Jace was meant to be 6 and Luke 5 but they were age up. In canon Jaehaerys and Jahaera are 5 when Jaehaerys died in 129 AC. Aegon III was 9 at the start of war and Viserys II was 7 yet in the show they are not even 4 years old. The show changed the timeline and the characters ages.
So far it's only in ep 5 and like 10 seconds, she asked him "Was it worth the price?" He did not answer but it left open to the audience how interpret the way he looked at her and interesting is he knew she's behind him before she spoke. Phia & Ewan sensed her tension, that's why they tried to return the question back to her to help her relax, I guess
